1. Produce science and technology graduates to have the qualities and competencies required by the labor market.
2. Create knowledge and innovation from research to exhibit quality and meet international standards.
3. Create networks and cooperation with citizens, local communities and entrepreneurs in educational management.
4. Provide academic services, technology transfer, introducing royal initiatives and sustaining arts and culture.
5. Manage to be flexible and transparent with good governance principles which can drive change and development continuously and sustainably.
Goal
1. To be a leader in one of five nationwide Rajabhat Universities, in both the production of science and technology graduates and good quality research according to international standards.
2. To be a source of research, development and technology transfer to the community, as well as being a source of knowledge exchange between local and international.
